Personal property (was called posession by Proudhon) differs from the private property since it is not backed by a piece of paper, stating that you own something, but by your personal use of the object. So although you don't have private property rights to a house you have squatted, it is your personal property--unless some other anarchists decide that it's too big for one person and want to move in.
