Alex Jordan
Alex Jordan (born Karen Elizabeth Mereness on 1963 September 20; died 1995 July 2) was a porn film actress.
Jordan entered the adult business in 1992, answering an ad for a nude model. She was one of the first female pioneers of the gonzo porn sub-genre, which involved her making videos with non-professional amateur actors. She was fairly well received by porn fans, but never as a lead actress. Her most notable performances usually involved lesbian scenes.
Suspicious death[edit]
Jordan was found hanging in her closet, an apparent suicide, on 1995 July 2. Jordan was one of several high-profile porn actors to commit suicide during the early 1990s; others included Savannah, Megan Leigh, and male actor Cal Jammer.
