Nabeel Hussain was found not guilty of all charges in connection to the 2006 transatlantic aircraft plot in the United Kingdom in his first trial. He was one of the nineteen whose accounts were frozen by the Bank of England.[1] In a second trial, he was charged with "preparing for terrorism by meeting Ali (Abdullah Ahmed Ali) twice in July 2006"[2] and found guilty

Found not guilty in the first trial in 2006, only innocent bystander[3]

Prosecution cannot even make up its own assertions, they just reverse what the defence says, Right-wing Telegraph parrots them. BBC article says defense asked Nabeel if he was radicalized, he says no, then two years later, the Telegraph calls him "radicalized" in its headline and lead paragraph [2]

Double jeopardy (WP): charged with "preparing for terrorism by meeting Ali twice in July 2006"[2] and found guilty, in a second trial, and given eight years.[4]
