Purple Resistance

The Purple Resistance is the United Kingdom campaign to end rape and male violence on women and children. It started in June of 2007 with series of protests. The name represents the outfit chosen to be worn during the protests, the purple as a colour is argued to stand out from the crowd making the protest more visible.
