Ming Dynasty

The Ming Dynasty was the name for the ruling dynasty of China from 1368, when it overthrew the Mongol-ruled Yuan Dynasty, to 1644, when it was replaced by the Manchu Qing Dynasty. It is regarded as a golden age during Chinese history.
