syndicate

Syndicate is the structure where all the major decisions are made by the collective or the community as the whole. Some day-to-day tasks can be delegated to individuals who are immediately recallable if they fail to act on the wishes of the whole group. No decision of the individual can be taken to represent the will of entire community; thus in the event of the recall all the decisions of the recalled individual will be void.

Decision making process[edit]

Commonly the general meeting is the place and time for all the collective or community to speak out their will or to propose the major changes to the way things are run. Voting is the common for the issues other then major, where-as in the major issues it is common to see either concensus or concensus-1 rules (latter is used to stop any one individual to block the change).

What decisions are major[edit]

Any change of structure or affiliation is a major one.

Changes to the constitution of the collective are always seen as major, even if the change itself is minor.
