This is the text of the radio-telegramme sent by the Provisional Revolutionary Committee of Kronstadt on 1921 March 10 about the situation in Kronstadt.

“Three days ago, the Communists opened fire upon us, and spilled our blood. As we fight for a just cause, we took up the challenge. The garrison and the working population of Kronstadt, which shook the infamous yoke of the Communists, has decided to fight until the end.”
