Anti-collectivism is an opposition to collective action, socialism, and cooperative behaviour. It is commonly practiced by "anarcho"-capitalists.

One must note that most individualists are in fact in favour of collective action, as it provides each individual an ability to perform tasks, which are impossible for one person to perform.
