Welcome to Anarchopedia and Congratulations! You are a Sysop.

I am very happy that you came here, although the idea of Wikipedia (WP) users in general coming here does make me extremely nervous. There is just me and User:Antispam and more rarely of late, User:XXPowerMexicoXx (creator of the Communpedia). I have work on other wikia wikis, but quite honestly, my work capacity is just lower than yours, and I could quite conceivably become overrun with work, should even a couple of meddling anti-Left foos from WP show up.

Also, I have a directly related experience, where I mentioned at an AFD I was transferring articles to the Hippie Wiki on wikia, and was immediately set upon at ANI (Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive234#Anarchangel) by WP users claiming to be representing the copyright rights of those who had contributed to the articles that WP was deleting. Consequently, I would ask that you do not mention your work here in any discussions on Wikipedia, and use the templates Template:WP+NODEL, Template:WP+DEL, Template:RED, etc, as applicable, and if possible, add the edit history of the WP page to the Talk page of the Anarchopedia (AP).

It's funny; say for example you had created the Guantanamo articles here, first. Since AP uses the same copyright, CC by 3.0, then as these legal types have it, you would have been under obligation, if re-creating the articles on WP, to indicate on WP the source of the content-your own contribution at AP! I have been increasingly of the opinion that, since WP keeps a record of all deleted articles that is available to administrators, that they are not only responsible for any queries about the contributions to those articles, but able to provide that record. It should be incumbent on the wiki where contributions were first made, to make available a record of what those contributions were. Anarchangel 21:44, 7 September 2012 (UTC)

Oh, and be careful, because since sysops can block other sysops, you can block yourself by mistake :) I used to block some of the IPs that had spammed New Users like, 20, 40 times, but I gave up because they seem to be able to bounce their IP off of others. In the middle of one of those long blocking sessions, I realized I had hit the wrong button and was about to block myself. Anarchangel 03:52, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
