I'm planning on still doing a lot of work on this article; creating a sort of "People's History of the University of the Witwatersrand" by emphasising class struggle at the University and the role of the University in off-campus struggles; to counter-balance the establishment discourse. I'm also going to write about anarchism at Wits: amongst other things, the Zabalaza Anarchist Communist Front has close links to this university, Lucien van der Walt, one of the authors of Black Flame is a sociology lecturer there, and recently an anarchist organisation (the Inkululeko Wits Anarchist Collective - IWAC) has been established there. The current stub is only the beginning of what I hope to turn into a very substantial article.--Life in General 11:12, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
