Discussing a license[edit]
I think it is important to discuss a new license. Most licenses are very old or made by lawyers. This is not a anarchistic process.
name[edit]
maybe choose another name like:
- anarchistic license
is "license" a good choice for characterization?
isn't this public domain (PD)?[edit]
- not quite: in european countries there is no real "public domain" - you always have full copyrights.
- In PD the use of the law is not explicitly excluded
Third Draft?[edit]
- Anyone is invited to use, distort or destroy this material for any purpose, by any means. Introduction as evidence in court is strictly prohibited.
- or "Use of the law is strictly prohibited." instead of the last sentence. I don't know what words have legal meaning in any countries.
