name[edit]

maybe choose another name like:

  • anarchistic license

is "license" a good choice for characterization?

isn't this public domain (PD)?[edit]

  • not quite: in european countries there is no real "public domain" - you always have full copyrights.
  • In PD the use of the law is not explicitly excluded

Third Draft?[edit]

Anyone is invited to use, distort or destroy this material for any purpose, by any means. Introduction as evidence in court is strictly prohibited.
or "Use of the law is strictly prohibited." instead of the last sentence. I don't know what words have legal meaning in any countries.
