Robert Fogelnest (born 1946) is a retired criminal defense attorney from New York City. He is a former President of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL),[1] a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers (ABCL),[2] and a Charter Member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL).[3]
