Leeds Labour Students is the Wikipedia:Labour Students wing of the Wikipedia:Labour Party (UK)-affiliated group for students from all Higher Education establishments in Wikipedia:Leeds. The Society currently has representation from Leeds University Labour Students and Leeds Metropolitan University Labour Students.

Former Wikipedia:Home Secretary Wikipedia:Jack Straw was elected chair of the previous Leeds University Labour Society in 1966, the society then changed its name to Leeds University Socialist Society and withdrew its support from the Labour Party.

The group is considered one of the most active student Labour societies in the UK apart from Wikipedia:OULC, and frequently hosts talks from current and former prominent Labour party figures such as Wikipedia:Hillary Benn, Wikipedia:Ed Balls and Wikipedia:Yvette Cooper

The current chair is Mark Sewards.
