The Kettled Generation is the term applied to the groups of young people who took part in the 2010 UK student protests (WP). The term, originally coined by the Woodcraft Folk (WP)[1], has been used by some commentators[2][3][4][5][6] in the media in reference to young people being kettled(WP) by police whilst protesting.
