Andrew Creed" is rumored to be ex CIA .This person was the principal force behind the false identities created on the Internet in the first half of 2007 in the attempted undercover information gathering operation against activists in Boston area and Boston Animal Defense League in particular.
"Creed" was instrumental in the legal case against the BADL4 and has long stalked several Boston area activists.
Creed has also been instrumental in upholding the laws of the city.
