fried potatos with mushrooms
From Anarchopedia
Ingredients[edit]
- mushrooms
- potatos
- salt
- vegetable oil
- 1 lavander leaf (if desired)
Utencils[edit]
- frying pan preferably with the cover
- kitchen knife
- something to stir stuff with on the frying pan
Instructions[edit]
- wash and chop the mushrooms
- put them on the frying pan with a little bit of vegetable oil on the medium fire
- peal and chop potatos
- put them on top of mushrooms
- cover for a bit (5-10 minutes)
- this makes the end result less dry (if after the first attempt you get something too "wet" try covering less amount of time)
- after uncovering add a little salt and lavander leaf (to taste)
- move stuff around on the pan, not allowing anything to burn, it is not needed by this time to keep mushrooms below
- if you find that your end result is too sluggish that is because you've messed with it too much
- when the fork easily enters through the whole piece of potato, the dish is ready
- remove the lavander leaf prior to your meal
Serving suggestions[edit]
- I find it testes good with soya milk, especially with the more creamy types (like Bonsoy), you can also make some soysages with it.
Notes[edit]
Almost any kind of mushrooms can be used, but some will require that you fry them longer. If you use champignons then you have nothing to worry about.
