Pastors Against Injustice

Pastors against Injustice is a Faith Based Coalition aiming at ending Law Enforcement excessive force and Racially Biased Policing. We believe that Law Enforcement must be accountable and transparent. We believe that all human beings, regarless of race, creed, political/sexual orientation, are entlitled to dignity, respect, and are innocent until proven guilty.

Pastors Against Injustice aims to provide:

  • A safe, confidential environment for victims of police misconduct and their biological and extended families
  • Information and Referrals
  • Individual counseling and support groups
  • Internet access to its clients, assistance and advocavcy in building their cases for Vendication & Justice
  • Spiritual counseling upon request
  • Planning of a comprehensive Roanoke "Justice Conference"

Since 2005, Pastors against Injustice has

  • Helped close to 200 victims of law enforcement misconduct
  • Maintained a website which is a wealth of resources and inspiration to promote and maintain a world free of police violence
  • Built Justice Coalitions with

[[The Idriss Stelley Foundation], The Police Complaint Center, People Against Prison Abuse, The Black Agenda Report, Cop Watch, Jena6, Mgresist, Texans Against Prison Abuse, and a number of other progressive organizations.
