Louis Mercier-Vega (1914 May 6 (Brussels) — 1977) (birth name: Charles Cortvrint; pseudonyms: Charles Riedel, Santiago Parane, etc.) was an activist, propagandist, libertarian thinker who joined the movement at age 16. Lifelong writer for the libertarian press and founder of several reviews, including "Revision" (1938), "Aporte" (trilingual review, 1966-1972), "Interrogations" (1974), and author of numerous works, such as Anarcho-syndicalisme and syndicalisme révolutionnaire; La chevauchée anonyme; L'increvable anarchisme.
