Corporate anthropology is a relatively new branch of anthropology. It takes the methods and tecniques from anthropological fieldwork and etnographical studies to understand corporate organizations. Unveiling cultural traits, hiddens values, oral laws, etc. the corporate anthropologist can be useful to boost integration, motivation and commitment into companies in a global market.
