Chika Sylva-Olejeme (born 1968 October 22) is a Nigerian "peace crusader".

Chika Sylva-Olejeme is president of the International Peace Institute an international speaker and motivator.

Sylva-Olejeme came into prominence by his idea to build a world of peace and progress though informal diplomacy, he is also well known for his idea of attempting to achieving peace in the minds of men by applying the concept of God as a formula for peace. He has traveled extensively around the world trying to “evangelize power structures of the World”

Sylva-Olejeme is an extraordinary theist , according to him the concept of God is the imagination that “God” is creator of the Universe and that man is God’s representative on earth; he is the founder of “Modern Theism” which agrees that the imagination of man have produced the reality of God , that means God can either be real or virtual based on the mind of man

Sylva-Olejeme claims that there is harmony between the theist and atheist and a harmony between science and the concept of God.

extract of speech of Chika Sylva-Olejeme to the diplomatic community in Britain 15th May 2006

"We are concerned about the beliefs of all human beings and we are happy if their beliefs promote peace and progress.

It is our desire that all the nations of the world share in this view of respecting beliefs. In this new world Nations are judged not by their economic or military strength but by the wellbeing of their people and the protection afforded to the growing minds and bodies of their children.

For us the greatest philosophy of all is the concept that God is formless, that He made human beings formless, that He gave them form and gave them authority over form (reference from Genesis chapter 1).

The concept identifies with the millions of world people who believe in God in the bible as well as the millions who does not believe in God because of their consideration that God is formless or non-existent, we also have a lot of questions answered by seeing human beings as having authority over form, i.e. over everything that is and exists".
