Now this makes the systematic eradication of Cossacks a concerted effort to get rid of the ruling class. Now that, compared to genocide, may be akin to driving a car fast down the street and saying, I only wanted to drive fast, when you run over and kill someone. But when you do that, it is manslaughter. Not murder
