Arguments[edit]
Sikh literature contains contrasting opinions regarding the adoption of a vegetarian lifestyle. Much a Sikh's concerns about vegetarianism spring from an interest in avoiding karma and upsetting spiritual balance. Only Vegetarian food is served in Sikh temples.
