Wes Vandenburg
Wes Vandenburg is the Superintendent of the Caledonia Community Schools(Michigan).
On December of 2005, Vandenburg was placed on paid administrative leave from his $170,000-a-year job after the Caleodnia Board of Education accused him of using school funds for excessive personal use.
On February 1, 2006, Vandenburg was charged with embezzlement by Kent County prosecutors.
On February 2, 2006, Ionia Country prosecutors authorized a two-count warrant against Vandenburg. Count one is a charge of False Pretenses $1000 or more but less than $20,000. These charges stem from when Vandenburg was Superintendent of the Belding Public Schools.
Count one is a five-year felony and/or a $10,000 fine or 3 times the value of the money or property involved, whichever is greater.
Count two is charge of False Pretenses $200 or more but less than $1,000. Count two is a one-year misdemeanor and/or $2,000 fine or 3 times the value of the money or property involved, whichever is greater.
He is also known for his great Ionia County prison break. In which he tried to escape through the toilet plumming. Needless to say, he was caught in a pile of feces outside of of the prison three hours later. He was quoted saying, "And I would have gotten away with it too! If it weren't for you dumb kids, and your stupid dog." At this Scooby-Doo unmasked him and got a Scooby Snack.
