Sysop access[edit]
Hello Delldot,
The software setting is that every registered user gets full access (equivalent to administrator in Wikipedia) three days after the first edit.
Sysop access can also be propagated explicitly (this is similar to "bureaucrat" in Wikipedia). To do the same you can use the page: Special:Userrights.
