Please edit the risks to indicate that falling is not as dangerous as Rescue Death, when the blood pools in the extremities, specifically the legs, and is not properly circulated back into the heart. When it pools the toxins that are normally collected begin to accumulate and upon release from the harness rush back through the system to shock the heart to death. This is a safety concern beyond falling that may not be considered because it is not visibly apparent.
