Running with Scissors (webcomic)
Running with Scissors is a thrice-weekly webcomic by Oplem. It began on March 14, 2003. Running with Scissors chronicles the events of several stick figures.
Running With Scissors started as a biproduct of a series of Stick Figure Death Theatre animations. The creator of the webcomic, Oplem, moved to strictly drawing comics due to creative differences. The first comic was created on March 14th, 2003, and since then has been (irregularly) updated thrice a week.
The comic itself has no real plot, just a few characters that stick around. All the characters are stick figures, which, although simplistic, are not crudely drawn. According to the author, the humor didn't really blossom until about a half a year into the comic. The comic has spawned a small following of dedicated readers, but most scoff at the comic due to the lack of artistic ability on the creator's part.
The comic has since been discontinued and the site shut down.
