Paul Twigger

Paul Twigger is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University. He has a BA(Hons) in politics and was the first Vice President Education & Community Action at Liverpool Students' Union, 2003/2004. As well as elected to the Higher Education National Committee of the National Union of Students he is the Chairperson of the JMU Alumni Association Board.
Currently, Paul is the Manager of the Ruling Group in Liverpool City Council, though it is rumoured he is considering emigrating to the United States.
