Panty Waste is "the world famous underwear museum" located in San Francisco. It features undergaments of males and females, painted and decorated, as well as scuptures and paintings of said undergarments. Famed artist Jenny Bird's exhibits frequent the museum. Its name is a word play derived from the term "pantywaist" that refers to a male with weak moral character and the fact that most of the exhibits are made from discarded (waste) undergarments.

The museum is located in the Balazo/Mission gallery in the mission district of San Francisco and hosts several anti-art and anti-fashion shows a year. The museum was created by Ricky Lee, who said it was a lifelong dream to create a museum of "homage to our humbliest and often our fanciest of undergarments." The museum features a wide range of artists from many diffrent mediums such as graffiti writers, tattoo artists, as well as musicians.
