From Anarchopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

NUT is a text-based computer program that lists approximately 30 different vitamins and minerals for over 7500 foods (including non-vegan foods). It allows one to store recipes to analyze their nutritive content and identify foods that may be high in rare earth metals. The software is licensed under the GNU Public License and uses data collected over several decades of research by the USDA.
