Military exploitation of social events

Weddings, funerals, holidays, and other life event celebrations and social gatherings, are an opportunistic (WP) target of military and paramilitary operations. It should be noted that other factors contribute more to the incident of massacres; the largest occurrence of massacres are events surrounding war.
