Maksim Gubkskiy (Максим Губский) born 1989 June 24 is an antifascist political prisoner in Belorus. He is serving 3 years in prison for an antifa action in late 2006, after information by a fascist was used by the police to identify him. He was convicted under the statue 339 part 2 of Belarussian criminal codex (malicious hooliganism). His sentence is to be served under the "strict regime".
