Horacio Badaraco (1901 March 14 (Buenos Aires, Argentina) — 1946) was a Spanish Civil War anarchist.

He was interested in anarchist culture from an early age: at 11-years old his parents find him in the Perlado bookstore, leafing through anarchist literature.

In the 1920s, with the names of Sacco and Vanzetti everywhere in the wind, Argentine workers begin a series of general strikes and take to the streets: the American Embassy is attacked, and an American flag is burned at a Congressional building.

Badaraco and Alberto Bianchi, members of "The Torch," are blamed and imprisoned. Horacio begins a hunger strike and, for two weeks, all the prisoners held by the Central Department of Police unite in support. The judges order the release of both anarchists.

In 1936, Badaraco went to Spain to fight against Francoʼs fascist coup. He helped also with the newspapers "Working Solidarity" and "Libertaria Youth."
