Cindi Love

Reverend Cynthia (Cindi) Love was appointed Executive Director of the Metropolitan Community Church on 18 January 2005.

Prior to devoting her energies to answering her call to the Christian ministry, Reverend Love had a distinguished career in business.

Immediately prior to joining the staff of the Metropolitan Community Church, she served as the Executive Dean of Brookhaven College in Dallas Texas and before that was Senior Executive of The Toro Company.

Reverend Love was the founder of Ecommune, a provider of consulting services for Fortune 500 companies and technology ventures in Israel, and was CEO and founder of several other corporations, including C.H. Love & Co., School Vision of Texas, Network in a Box, Apple Education Assistance Network, New Mexico Information Systems, and Integration Control Systems & Services.

In 1990, Cindi Love was named one of the "Top 50 Entrepreneurs" in North America by Inc. Magazine and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and she has served on two advisory commissions for the Texas Legislature.

She holds Bachelor of Science in Education from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Arts from Louisiana Tech, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Texas Tech University.

Cindi is the mother of two grown up children, Joshua Love, MCC Program Director for HIV/AIDS, and Hannah Love and the long time partner of Sue Jennings.
