Categories and articles added to Data should almost certainly be added to information. The exception is articles or categories that relate directly to the data collected in scientific experiments and observation. It has only been created for those precise purposes; for scientific data, and to direct categories and articles to Information. Subject matter that is appropriate for the Data category should at least be considered for inclusion in Information.
