CAT is an acronym for cruel animal treatment, a deviant activity preformed by some sadistic individuals. Those performing CAT may kick, punch, starve, sever limbs, and even consume poor, helpless animals. Organizations such as PETA claim that all meat-eating is CAT, whereas society at large does not share this view. Most people do believe, however, that at least some forms of CAT should be outlawed, as it is painful to animals and frequently leads to sadistic behaviors towards humans.
