anarcho-capitalist perspective on private property
From Anarchopedia
Anarcho-capitalists consider that private property emerges from natural law, and is a paradigmatic way to respect individual rights, to avoid and resolve conflict, and to promote creation. Anarcho-capitalists think that any property that is not consumed immediately becomes capital, so that capital goods and means of production are in no way particular to a governmental system. Many anarcho-capitalists are actively opposed to "left-anarchism".
However, some anarcho-capitalists believe that some forms of property, such as intellectual property are artifacts of the state and not a natural form of property.
