The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) is an anarcho-syndicalist union that was formed in 1905.

One of its current missions is the unionization of Starbucks.

The logo of the group is a "wildcat" with its back arched, ready to strike. One slogan of the organization is "an injury to one is an injury to all". Another is the expression "fire your boss".
