The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) is a union formed in 1905 by a group of radical labour organizers. While the IWW is often seen as operating on the anarchosyndicalist model, it is forbidden by its constitution from promoting any political or anti-political party, with the stated aim of providing a militant union for all workers regardless of their personal politics.

One of its current missions is the unionization of Starbucks.

The logo of the group is a "wildcat" with its back arched, ready to strike. One slogan of the organization is "an injury to one is an injury to all". Another is the expression "fire your boss".
