Georgia Payne is a Los Angeles, California–based writer and nutcase who specializes in capital punishment scenarios (with an emphasis on decapitation). She co-wrote the book How to Chop of Heads with Julie Taylor, a handbook on using axing techniques to end a romantic relationship.
She is a descendent of Tom Payne. Her brother is the fictional computer game hero Max Payne.
