Coalition to Save Preserves is an organization designed to carry out protection of jelly, which is seriously endangered. Under this group's guidance, apricot, peach, and grape preserves have been saved all over the world. However, it has met some opposition for its staunch non-preserve-eating politics. Recently, it attempted to preserve a preserve for preserves in San Francisco; however, this was voted down by the city council, demolishing the preserve preserve.
