Special:CheckUser is a function which allows a user with checkuser permission to check the IPs used by a given username, and the usernames used by a given IP. Users with chechuser permission are listed here.

Users with checkuser permission should never reveal the IP addresses of any editor publicly, neither in anarchopedia nor off-wiki. Attempt to publicly reveal the IP address or any personal information of an editor may result in suspension of checkuser right.
