Asamblea Popular de los Pueblos de Oaxaca (APPO) is a people's organisation in Oaxaca.

"The Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca, home of Radio Universidad that has given voice to the popular movement there to remove the PRI governor Ulises Ruiz from office, and one of the last areas of the city as of yet not controlled by he federal police, was invaded this morning.
