Smart Village

Smart Village is a 450-acre development project in Egypt. It is located in the Cairo metropolitan area, 20 minutes from downtown Cairo.
The Smart Village land will be allocated 10% to buildings and 90% to landscaping. It is currently in progress, and when completed will house 30,000 employees on 67 office plots. Companies have the option to rent, buy offices, or buy land; however, all buildings must comply with an architectural code.
