The Communist Party of Nepal (Mashal - Central Organizing Committee) was one of the two factions of the Communist Party of Nepal (Mashal) which split in 1986. A faction of the Communist Party of Nepal (Mashal - Central Organizing Committee) left the party in 1990 to found the Communist Party of Nepal (Unity Centre) with other groups.
