You probably get mislead by the fact that fascist regimes and Nazi regime killed people with the excuse of "euthanasia", they abused the concept of euthanasia, you can say it was "forced euthanasia". But this has nothing to do with the original concept of euthanasia. Hitler supported animal rights, by that definition will animal liberation movement be fascistic?
