Full protection of every single page that you edit or create with no expiry set against an easily revertible vandal is a little over the top for this site.
- If you had done a range block on the vandal, as is your responsibility as a sysop, or if you had given me the sysop abilities to block the vandal myself as I had specifically asked you to, then I would not have protected those articles because it would not have been necessary.
