The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) is a union formed in 1905 by a group of radical labour organizers. While the IWW is often seen as operating on the anarchosyndicalist model, it is forbidden by its constitution from promoting any political or anti-political party, with the stated aim of providing a militant union for all workers regardless of their personal politics.
One of its current missions is the unionization of Starbucks.
One slogan of the organization is "an injury to one is an injury to all". Another is the expression "fire your boss".
