A spider is an animal which lives on planet Earth. Is has:
- 8 legs
- 2 body parts: head-thorax and abdomen
Most spiders have 8 eyes. Some have 6. Spiders eat insects. Spiders can be scary for many adults, but are often less intimidating to small children, who have not yet been socially programmed to be scared yet.
