Discussing a license
I think it is important to discuss a new license. Most licenses are very old or made by lawyers. This is not a anarchistic process.

maybe choose another name like:
- anarchistic license

isn't this public domain (PD)?
- not quite: in european countries there is no real "public domain" - you always have full copyrights.
- In PD the use of the law is not explicitly excluded
